Tag Heuer's new connected store in Tokyo

The Swiss watch manufacturer TAG Heuer has inaugurated a new connected store in the Ginza district of Tokyo and the agency WIDE Suisse, a subsidiary of the Micropole group, has accompanied it in this beautiful digital project.

The Geneva-based digital agency helped the brand redefine its global customer journey by making it omnichannel via a new e-commerce site and the digitalization of points of sale.

Thanks to this new intelligent sales path, customer advisors in stores are now equipped with connected watches and tablets that give them instant access to all customer information that comes from the connected displays. As for customers, these connected displays offer the ability to select the models that spark their interest and send a request to the sales team to try them on. Afterwards, they can extend their in-store experience directly on their cell phone via the brand's application.

TAG Heuer and WIDE Suisse are offering them a truly connected and innovative shopping experience!
