Public sector

The digital transformation, already underway for several years in the public sector, was shaken up with the Covid-19 health crisis. The various components of the public service, like businesses, have had to adapt and change the way they interact with citizens and between institutions.

In order to better respond to the expectations of users and their new needs, public services are seeking to modernise and decentralise in order to take more appropriate decisions locally and  faster. The objective is also to improve the working conditions of the agents in order to offer a more efficient, transparent and economical public service. However, the budget constraints of public services are significant, and often subject to electoral cycles and changes in government mandates and orientation, which undermines the search for productivity.
