Business Continuity Plan (BCP) of Micropole Group during a pandemic episode

In order to combat the crisis we are experiencing, we are updating the measures already in place in our 16 agencies to help limit the spread of COVID-19 and its impact.

Dear Customers, Dear Partners,

Due to the strong spread of new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout the world, the Micropole Group would like to inform you of all the immediate measures, taken in a reactive and proactive manner, to help limit its spread and deal with the crisis situation we are experiencing.

There is no doubt that this unprecedented crisis is affecting each and every one of us, shaking up our reference points and our daily lives and forcing us to rethink our lives, starting with our professional lives and the organization of our company and our business. Excellence and trust being part of our common values, we would like to share with you the action plan we have put in place in our 16 branches, with 1,200 employees.

With the health of everyone in mind, and in accordance with government containment guidelines related to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are implementing our Business Continuity Plan which will allow for ongoing monitoring of the current crisis and its impacts. At this time, our priorities are focused on the following:

1) The health of our employees, first and foremost
All our employees have been reminded on several occasions of the hygiene measures to be taken in a pandemic situation. Employees are able to take sick leave if necessary and for as long as required. Business travel was previously limited and controlled, but has been prohibited since March 16.

2) The deployment of teleworking
Micropole Group is committed to protecting and providing a safe environment for all its employees. As agility and flexibility are at the heart of our operating methods, we have asked our employees who have the possibility to do so to work from home, whenever this is possible and approved by our clients.

As a Data & Digital Experience specialist, Micropole has a solid, high-performance infrastructure and is developing a strong SaaS culture based on the Cloud. We have extended our teams' access to our secure networks, video conferencing facilities and collaborative tools. Our IT systems are adapted to remote work and our employees, as well as management, are embracing this way of working.

Almost all of our employees are equipped with laptops, allowing them to work efficiently, anywhere. We already had security policies in place that guide our teams to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and data protection.

3) The strength of the collective in an international Group
Micropole takes all the necessary measures, on an international scale and across all its activities, to maintain the highest possible level of service and performance, while protecting the health of its employees and all those in contact with them in the course of their work.

In such a context and more than ever, the Micropole Group can count on the strength of its international dimension. Bringing together numerous professions and sectors of activity, our Group will be able to identify the resources that can join your mission, should one of our employees be contaminated.

4) A stronger link with our employees and customers
Finally, in this exceptional period, we have strengthened internal communication and set up a specific HR unit to respond, in a reactive and efficient manner, to the questions and concerns of our employees. We also want to strengthen our ability to listen to our customers and remain focused on the challenges facing their business and the success of their projects.

We are currently prepared to manage the challenges of business continuity and to carry out our projects for our clients with the same level of quality and commitment. We constantly keep abreast of developments, reassess the situation in real time and adjust our action plans accordingly.
