Micropole wins two new awards: Happyindex®Atwork & Techatwork® 2020

Levallois-Perret, July 9, 2020. Micropole, an international consulting and technology group specializing in Data and Digital Experience, has been awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork and TechAtWork® 2020 labels by Choosemycompany.com.

Micropole Group has renewed its HappyIndex®AtWork award for the third consecutive year. Through an anonymous survey sent to all its employees in May 2020, the respondents evaluated six dimensions: professional development, stimulating environment, motivation & management, salary & recognition, pride and pleasure within the company. With an overall score of 4.08/5, 66.2% of the Group's #InnovativePeople recommend their experience at Micropole.

For the first time, the Group has also been awarded the TechAtWork® 2020 label, which recognizes companies with the most motivated and happy tech profiles. The latter evaluated Micropole according to these same six dimensions.

Obtaining these two labels is an undeniable support for the realization of the Group's strong HR & Employer Brand ambitions, leading in particular to the integration of more than 350 new employees in 2019, in line with the announced objectives.

"We are delighted to receive these awards, which reflect the strong values of our #InnovativePeople. Inspired by their capacity for innovation and collective intelligence, we are implementing numerous HR and Employer Brand actions to enable our employees to evolve together, in a solid environment that promotes diversity, responsibility, co-creation and skills development", explains Anne-Flore Le Gal, Human Resources Director at Micropole Group.

With a reaffirmed positioning around the human factor, collaboration and innovation, Micropole's HR policy aims to continuously improve its attractiveness and support its talents by placing the human factor at the heart of its transformation. And the results are there: 82.9% of employees say they feel they are trusted, 81.6% say they appreciate the quality of human relations within the Group, 79.3% say they enjoy their work, and 72.2% say they find meaning in it.
