This 2019 annual financial report includes, among other things:
- Certification by the person assuming responsibility for the annual financial report ;
- Management report for the year ended December 31, 2019 ;
- Corporate Governance Report of the Board of Directors for Fiscal Year 2019;
- Corporate and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2019 ;
- Statutory Auditors' report on the parent company and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2019 ;
- Information on the fees paid to the statutory auditors.
