- The certificate of the person assuming responsibility for the 2021 Universal Registration Document;
- The 2021 consolidated financial statements and annual financial statements and the notes thereto;
- The 2021 management report;
- The report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on corporate governance;
- The non-financial performance declaration;
- The Statutory Auditors' reports and information on their fees.
This document is available to the public free of charge under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force. It can be consulted on the website of MICROPOLE www.micropole.com, in the investors section and on the AMF website at www.amffrance.org.
The next financial meeting will take place on Thursday, May 12, 2022, for the publication of the first quarter 2022 sales figures.
