Cross Systems Company Capital Raise Results

Following the announcement made on March 29, 2007 (completed on June 8, 2007) by Micropole-Univers of the signature of an agreement to sell its shareholding in the capital of Cross Systems Company to Sinouhé Immobilier (or to any other company that it may substitute), the listing of the shares of Cross Systems Company was suspended on March 29, 2007

Cross Systems Company announced today that it has completed its €9.5 million capital increase with preferential subscription rights for shareholders, launched on January 21.

The 47,678,388 new shares (157 new shares for 20 existing shares) were subscribed to on an irreducible basis for 43,168,406 shares and on a reducible basis for 4,509,982 shares.

Micropole-Univers, the majority shareholder of Cross Systems Company, has subscribed to 47,469,356 new shares, of which 42,959,753 on an irreducible basis and 4,509,603 on a reducible basis. As indicated in the prospectus approved by the AMF on January 14, 2008, the subscription of Micropole-Univers was paid up by way of compensation with its shareholder current account receivable.

As a result of this transaction, the share capital of Cross Systems Company will be increased to 53,752,078 shares.

The share capital of Cross Systems Company is 98.5% held by Micropole-Univers and 1.5% by the public.

The settlement and admission to trading on the Euronext Paris market (Compartment C) of the new shares took place on February 13, 2008.
