The Combined General Meeting of Micropole was held on Friday 24 June at 9 a.m. at the Company's registered office, 91/95 rue Carnot 92300 Levallois-Perret.
The Shareholders' Meeting approved all the resolutions submitted to the vote of the shareholders. The results of the vote are available on the website www.micropole.com.
The parent company and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2015 were approved without change.
