Q3 2012 revenues stable at 27.2 million euros (+0.1%)

4% growth over 9 months

Micropole, an international consulting and engineering group specializing in Business Intelligence, e-Business, ERP and CRM, posted consolidated revenues of €27.2 million in the third quarter of 2012, stable (+0.1%) compared to the same period in 2011.

For the first three quarters of 2012, consolidated revenues reached 88.5 million euros, up 3.7% compared to 85.3 million euros for the same period in 2011.

At constant scope and exchange rates, organic revenues for the third quarter amounted to 26.8 million euros, down slightly by 1.3% compared to the same period in 2011. At constant scope and exchange rates, cumulative revenues for the first nine months of the year amounted to 85.9 million euros, up 0.7%.

Despite an unfavorable base effect over the past quarter (growth in Q3 2011 had been an exceptional 22%), and in the context of a slowdown in activity observed since April in Europe, Micropole's revenues continued to grow by nearly 4%. The Group is pursuing its development strategy by strengthening its high value-added services - which all remain well oriented -, by working on new offerings, and by seeking to continue its targeted external growth operations.

"Compared to the second and third quarters, since the end of September 2012, we have seen a slight improvement in our activity, suggesting the beginning of a recovery in the fourth quarter of 2012. The outlook for 2013 is still very difficult to assess. However, business-oriented consulting and integration services, as well as international development, will undoubtedly remain the growth levers on which we will continue to rely", comments Christian Poyau, Chairman and CEO of Micropole.
