Micropole-Univers has confirmed the trend set in the first quarter of 2008 with sustained growth during the first half-year of 2008, well above the market average.

Micropole-Univers, a European consultancy and services company specializing in the fields of Business Intelligence, E-Business, CRM and ERP, made a consolidated turnover of 46.2 million euros during the first half-year of 2008, as against 36.7 million euros in 2007, an increase of 26% compared to the same period in 2007. The growth trend shown by Micropole-Univers since the start of the 2008 financial year remains well above the market average. The consulting business, particularly in the field of financial applications for financial management teams in banking and insurance (Accounting and Financial Services), along with E-Business solutions and ERP, are the sectors which have shown the strongest growth in the first half-year of 2008.

Partnerships with leading ERP software editors have contributed to the development of the consultancy and services company, which is now a recognized leader in the field of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), driven by Oracle, IBM and SAP.

Micropole-Univers’ training business has also shown sustained growth during the first half-year of 2008, up by 30% compared to 2007.

Lastly, the percentage of turnover made abroad by Micropole-Univers during the first half-year of 2008 was 22%, an increase of 14% when compared to the same period in 2007 on a like-for-like basis.

“We remain positive for the rest of the financial year, with growth for Micropole-Univers forecast to be superior to the market average during the second half-year 2008, whilst at the same time remaining very attentive to developments in the economic climate”, said Christian Poyau, CEO of Micropole-Univers.
