The Combined General Meeting of Micropole-Univers was held on Friday 12 June 2009 at 9 a.m. at the company's head office.
Christian Poyau, Chairman and CEO of Micropole-Univers, commented on the main highlights of the year and the financial results: the 18% growth in turnover compared to 2007 and the strong improvement in productivity in 2008 led to an operating profit of 3.9 million euros.
The Shareholders' Meeting approved the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008, as well as all the resolutions submitted to the vote of the shareholders.
