This document includes:
- annual financial report ;
- the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions in which the work of the Board is prepared and organized, and on the risk management and internal control procedures implemented in accordance with Article L. 225-37 of the French Commercial Code, together with the related report of the statutory auditors;
- information on fees paid to the statutory auditors.
