The Micropole Group illustrates its Open Innovation strategy through its innovation laboratories located in each of its agencies. These spaces are dedicated to the ideation, co-construction and industrialization of innovative solutions thanks to our teams and our network of partners.
Our capacity for innovation is based on our intuition and know-how to detect new technologies and uses, on the conduct of R&D work for each expertise, and on the materialization of the Open Innovation approach to better support our customers.
These innovation spaces are designed to encourage reflection and creativity in order to develop co-innovation, in a space as flexible as your ideas. In these spaces, each room has its own particularity to optimize the efficiency of the participants (creation room, lab for crafter, demonstration space, ...).
Our teams are working on imagining and developing new experiences around conversational, real-time image analysis, facial recognition, product recognition and other AI solutions to improve customer knowledge, relationships and loyalty.
